  • To monitor events internationally and provide information to travelers quickly and effectively to maximize their safety

Registering international travel

The Ramapo College International Travel Registry facilitates rapid location and communication in the event of an emergency situation. The process is simple!

  1. Enter your Ramapo College login credentials.
  2. Enter your itinerary dates, location(s), and emergency contact information.
  3. Enter a digital signature for the International Travel Waiver of Liability form. 
  4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that you have been registered and instructions on how to register for Ramapo's international health & security insurance.
*NOTE: Travel to a country deemed as 'High Risk' by the International Risk Assessment Committee, travelers must do the following:
  • Contact the Co-Chairs of the International Risk Assessment Committee to determine if your country of travel is considered 'high risk.'
  • Complete the High Risk Destination Travel Waiver of Liability.
  • Please note, review of travel received less than thirty days prior to departure cannot be guaranteed.
