SPAIN: Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management

Employing 1 in 10 workers globally, the travel and tourism industry remains an exciting, varied, and transformational field for innovative and sustainable management.  This course provides an examination of the hospitality management industry, giving students exposure to the traditional functions of management such as leadership, decision making, sustainable operations, and organizational ethics within the fields of hospitality, travel, and tourism management.  Two weeks of online learning, interspersed with course meetings and lectures, will be followed by a two-week immersive, experiential study abroad program.

Students will reside in a centrally-located hotels. All breakfasts are included, as well as some additional meals.


Program fee for NJ Residents: $4595
Program fee for non-NJ Residents: $5789

Program fee includes: round-trip international airfare; comprehensive pre-departure and on-site orientation; health & security insurance; on-site accommodations in twin rooms*; all breakfasts; welcome and farewell dinner, all excursions and entrance fees; and in-country program transportation.
Program fee does not include: US airport transfers; most lunches and dinners; personal expenses
*Single supplement fee of $377 for single room request

Late Fees : A late fee of $35 will be assessed for each payment not received by the payment deadlines communicated to you by the International Programs Office.
