Proof of Immununizations
It is now required that all students attending Ramapo College have proof of two immunizations for measles (rubeola), one for German measles (rubella), and one for mumps. Upon admission to Ramapo College, you will be sent the International Students Immunization Requirement Form which should be completed and returned before the I-20 is issued. In addition, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required. This test should be in the form of a Mantoux-PPD test. If the results of your test are positive, you must have a chest x-ray to rule out active infection. Since a majority of colleges in the United States have some type of immunization requirement, it is highly recommended that, if you do not have these specific immunizations, you make plans to be immunized as soon as possible so that issuance of your I-20 Form is not delayed.
